    Driving directions from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport: Follow the Amsterdam ringroad (A10) and take the slip road RAI (S109). Continue along this road and turn right at the first set of traffic lights, continuing along the RAI/Centrum (S109). At the first roundabout take the second right onto Scheldestraat. The hotel is about 500m along this road on the right hand side.

    Ciel Bleu - This French haute-cuisine restaurant on the 23rd floor has panoramic views over Amsterdam and frescoes on the ceiling. A lounge, also with city views, adjoins the restaurant. Ciel Bleu is open nightly for dinner.

    Restaurant Yamazato - This Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant has a traditional sushi and sashimi counter, a tatami room, and views over the hotel’s Japanese Garden. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
